Mango and Chamomile smoothie recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Dilmah chamomile tea bag
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare Chamomile Tea:
Place the chamomile tea bag in a mug and pour the boiling water over it. Allow it to steep for about 5-7 minutes. Remove the tea bag and let the tea cool to room temperature.
Blend Mango and Banana:
In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, banana, Greek yogurt, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth.
Add Chamomile Tea:
Add the cooled chamomile tea to the mango mixture in the blender. Blend again until well combined.
Add Ice Cubes:
Toss in the ice cubes and blend until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
Serve:
